Breakfast these days
yeah the smoothie looks a bit like puke but ITS GOOD...
strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries, banana, skim milk, 2tbs of frozen yogurt and 2tbs of flax seed
or
Multi Grain Cheerios
blueberries
strawberries
2tbs of flax seed
